Job Summary
Service Technician at Groundworks combines hands-on foundation-solutions expertise with consultative sales. You will travel to homeowners in East Point, GA to inspect and service existing company-installed foundations and water-management solutions, build long-term relationships, and present additional products and services to enhance or remedy installations. The role includes annual maintenance visits, diagnosing and fixing issues, installing purchased products, adhering to safety protocols, documenting job status for the Service Manager, and contributing to growth through customer-focused solutions. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Valid, non-restrictive driver's license
- 1+ years of proven sales experience preferred
- Construction/Home Improvement experience preferred
- Proven customer relations experience preferred
