Job Summary
Execute scheduled appointments at customer homes to inspect, service, and maintain preexisting foundation repair and water management solutions. Diagnose issues, perform reactive repairs, and install additional products as needed while adhering to safety regulations. Build long-term relationships with homeowners by recommending enhancements or remedies to improve original installations. Submit job status documentation to the Service Manager and communicate completions or complications directly to customers. Complete mandatory regional training and perform annual maintenance visits to ensure system integrity.
Required Qualifications
- A valid, non-restrictive Driver's License
- It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day
- Seeing with the ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens
Desired Qualifications
- 1 or more years of proven sales experience
- Construction/Home Improvement experience
- Proven customer relations experience
