Job Summary
Service Technician at Groundworks delivers hands-on support and consultative sales for foundation repair and water management solutions. You will travel to customers' homes, inspect and service preexisting company-installed solutions, build long-term customer relationships, and professionally present additional products and services to enhance installations or address issues. Responsibilities include executing scheduled appointments, diagnosing issues, installing additional products as needed, adhering to safety regulations, communicating job status and documentation to the Service Manager and customer, and contributing to a positive customer journey post-installation. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
