Job Summary
Diagnose defects and complete repairs on buildings, grounds, and amenities per resident requests and preventative maintenance schedules. Execute the "make-ready" process for vacant units by conducting pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and inspecting completed work. Manage inventory by tracking supplies, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors of re-ordering needs. Document all service requests accurately and assist in grounds maintenance, including trash removal, pressure washing, and painting. Fix rather than replace parts to support cost-cutting programs while adhering to EPA and state/local certifications. Comply with safety policies by attending training, reporting incidents, and inspecting contractor work. Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with potential travel to other properties.
Required Qualifications
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Valid driver's license
