Job Summary
Maintenance Technician to support Service Manager in maintaining community facilities; perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance; complete service requests; prepare vacant homes; diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances; coordinate with vendors; maintain safety and compliance; participate in rotating on-call; emphasize resident experience and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily or residential property management
- HVAC certification preferred or ability to obtain
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification or ability to obtain
- Strong working knowledge of general maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a “people first” mindset
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently while acting with accountability and purpose
- Basic computer proficiency (work orders, property management systems)
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability for rotating weekends and on-call emergency maintenance
