Job Summary
The Service Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work to dealer and factory standards, receiving repair orders, diagnosing malfunctions, communicating with Service Advisors, completing repairs, and road-testing as needed. Duties include performing safety inspections, coordinating with parts, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, attending factory-sponsored training, keeping up with OEM bulletins, and upholding Thomas Automotive core values while delivering exceptional service and customer communication. The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, general mechanical skills, a valid driver’s license, and may prefer ASE certification. This is a full-time, in-person position based in McConnellsburg, PA.
Required Qualifications
