Job Summary
Service Technician role at Fox Motors in Cadillac, MI focusing on diagnosing and repairing customer and internal vehicles; perform work per repair orders with accuracy to dealership and factory standards; communicate with parts department, Service Manager, and Service Advisor to ensure timely completion. Requires customer-focused mindset and ability to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and maintain strong relationships through quality work. Prior automotive experience and a valid driver's license are preferred; ASE certifications and additional licenses/registrations are helpful but not required, with opportunities for growth through Fox University.
Required Qualifications
- One-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver's license.
