Service Technician

As a Full-Time Service Technician at Fox Acura in Grand Rapids, you’ll diagnose vehicle concerns accurately and efficiently and perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with Acura standards. You’ll review repair orders, communicate clearly with advisors and fellow technicians, and collaborate to maintain a high-quality, customer-first service experience. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule and requires strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, solid mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, excellent communication and teamwork, and a customer-focused mindset. Minimum of three state certifications is required, with a goal to obtain all eight state certifications.
