Service Technician- Forge Apartments

Performs technical and mechanical work to maintain property facilities, meeting safety and quality standards. Handles assigned work orders and preventative maintenance, completes the make-ready process for vacant apartment homes, inventories and tracks materials, inspects work for quality, and supports groundskeeping and general cleaning. Documents work and coordinates with vendors/contractors as needed, participates in safety trainings (OSHA-related) and property inspections, and may assist in cost-containment by using parts efficiently. Requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 25 pounds with 50 pounds with assistance, and a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays; travel to other properties may be required.
