Job Summary
Diagnose and repair John Deere agricultural and turf equipment; perform field diagnostics and repairs, mentor trainees and technicians, support customer clinics, and ensure complete, timely documentation of diagnostics and work orders. Maintain tools, drive company vehicles, adhere to safety rules, and stay current with John Deere and competitive products.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Experience performing service repairs on machinery
- Experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
- Experience using diagnostic tools (e.g., Service ADVISOR)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- CDL preferred
- Associate degree preferred
