Job Summary
Field Service Technician with 3-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair for car wash systems, responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical/mechanical/electronic systems including PLCs, providing on-site technical training to customers, supporting installation and repairs, and ensuring accurate communication with customers and dispatch. Requires strong problem-solving, documentation and MS Office skills, plus ability to interpret electrical diagrams and read electrical/control circuitry.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years field experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to read and comprehend documents and follow simple instructions
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
- Ability to read electrical diagrams
- Understanding of OLC controllers, low voltage control circuits and three-phase power
