Service Technician

Service Technician duties include performing scheduled and unscheduled servicing on coffee brewing equipment at customer locations, including emergency service calls, preventive maintenance, installations, and equipment removals. Instruct customers on proper use, respond to inquiries about coffee equipment, and relay customer questions to First Choice staff. Complete service calls and related paperwork accurately and timely, maintain parts inventory for the service vehicle, refurbish and repair equipment for client sites, and prepare records such as service orders and inventory reports. The role also involves ensuring the service vehicle is maintained, obeying traffic laws, and maintaining a valid driver’s license; may assume route driver duties during vacations or absences of regular drivers. Workplace includes maintaining and cleaning the service area and managing parts for equipment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license; past experience is a plus.
