Service Technician

Perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities on coffee brewing equipment, including emergency calls, preventive maintenance, installations, and removals at customer locations. Instruct customers on proper equipment use, respond to inquiries, and communicate issues to staff. Complete service calls and related paperwork accurately, maintain parts inventory for the service vehicle, and refurbish or repair equipment. Prepare service orders, product disbursement sheets, and monthly inventory records per company policy. Ensure the service vehicle undergoes routine maintenance, obey traffic laws, and maintain a valid driver's license. Assume route driver duties during branch delivery driver absences. Maintain and clean the service area, and receive, organize, and maintain parts for equipment.
