Service Technician

Perform scheduled and unscheduled service on coffee brewing equipment, including emergency service calls, preventive maintenance, installations, and equipment removals at customer locations. Instruct customers on proper use of coffee equipment, respond to inquiries, maintain service records and vehicle inventory, refurbish/repair equipment, prepare service-related paperwork, and handle deliveries as needed. Maintain and organize parts for the service area, ensure vehicle maintenance, and assume route-driver duties during staff absences. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license; past experience is a plus. Starting hourly rate $20.00-$24.00 with benefits including 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision, flexible spending, paid time off, and holidays.
