Service Technician/Field Service Engineer (f/m/d) – Worldwide Field Service EUV

Job Summary
Worldwide technical support, installation, commissioning, optical alignment, acceptance tests and optimization of EUV CO2 laser sources, depending on your qualification. Independent analysis and resolution of technical issues. Execution of repairs as well as retrofit and upgrade packages. Documenting and reporting unresolved or recurrent issues. Working in rotating international teams — flexible travel activity and intercultural collaboration. Multi-week worldwide assignments in shift work within a 24/7 environment. Collaborating with experts to develop solutions for technical problems.
Required Qualifications
- Completed technical apprenticeship (mechanic/mechatronics technician/electrician/technician) or degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or comparable field
- Very good English skills; additional languages desirable
- Very high willingness to travel worldwide (100%) and strong customer- and service-oriented work attitude
- Willingness to undertake multi-week international assignments and shift work
- MS Office applications experience (Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word); SAP & JIRA is a plus
