Job Summary
Service Technician for Fence Outlet locations in Melbourne and Daytona, FL. Responsible for measuring materials and laying out work, repairing and installing wood or metal fence components, assembling and fastening material to form frames, and erecting supports and forms. Use handsaws, power saws, drills, levels, and other tools; fabricate parts as needed; lift up to 80 lbs; operate from company van to complete service calls ranging from gate adjustments to fence installation/removal. Requires strong customer service mindset, ability to work unsupervised, and adherence to schedules. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in fence installation/repair preferred
- Ability to lift 80 lbs repeatedly
- Proficiency with measurement tools (square, tape, rule)
- Experience fabricating/assembling wood or metal framework
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work unsupervised and maintain schedule
- Customer service oriented
- Clean driving record
