Job Summary
Test-drive vehicles, diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Provide time estimates for additional repairs and execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications. Requires 2+ years of service technician experience, basic computer skills, ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment, high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Full-time hourly flat rate pay ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 depending on experience. Includes on-the-job training, tuition reimbursement, PTO, holidays, 401(K) with matching, and comprehensive medical, dental, prescription, and vision insurance.
