Job Summary
Installing, calibrating, servicing, and repairing various types of scales and weighing systems. Documenting calibration and repair actions on inspection checklists and forms. Provide excellent service while interacting with customers and teammates. The role requires willingness to work beyond standard hours and occasionally weekends, a clean driving record with ability to obtain Class B CDL, strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, and a safety-first mindset. Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- a certificate or 2-year degree in a technical field is a plus
- Clean driving record and ability to obtain and maintain a Class B CDL (non-excepted, interstate)
- Ability to work beyond the typical schedule of Monday through Friday for eight hours and occasional weekends
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, mechanical, industrial, electrical, or a similar field is a plus
- Willingness to learn and work well with others including teammates, sales managers, and customers
- Safety mindset and ability to work safely and accurately the first time
- Ability to document calibration and repair actions accurately
