Service Technician (f/m/d)

Job Summary
Conduct service, repair, and overhaul of mechanical seals, pumps, and rotating equipment at customer sites. Perform inspections, testing, failure analysis, and troubleshooting to identify technical issues. Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and equipment surveys. Manage spare parts, tools, inventory, and warehouse activities while coordinating shipping, receiving, and logistics. Maintain workshop equipment, measuring instruments, and calibration records using the ERP system. Support customer visits and technical evaluations with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Requires travel to customer sites and proficiency in SAP ERP and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Ability to read technical drawings and engineering documentation
- IT-skills: SAP ERP and MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Organized, hands-on, and self-motivated working style
- Willingness to travel and work at customer sites when required
