Job Summary
Service Technician role under direct supervision responsible for repairing, servicing, and building standard and custom hydraulic, fluid power, electrical, and mechanical systems. Responsibilities include disassembling, cleaning, inspecting components, diagnosing issues, preparing parts lists, fabricating and welding parts, repairing and assembling equipment, testing performance, and assisting customers with technical questions. May provide quotes or take customer orders; overtime and weekend work may be required. Requires ability to work independently or in a team and to operate shop equipment safely; reading hydraulic schematics. Valid driver’s license required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong communication skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Ability to operate shop equipment safely
- Ability to read hydraulic schematics
