Job Summary
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems while performing routine maintenance and tune-ups. Accurately communicate findings and recommend solutions to customers, ensuring all work complies with local codes and safety standards. Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time on site, and keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean and working order. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency service and represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity. Valid EPA Section 608 Certification and Electrical O6A Trainee License required. Full-time role with competitive pay, spiffs, and structured training.
Required Qualifications
- Valid EPA Section 608 Certification
- Electrical O6A Trainee License
- Gas Mechanical I License
- Working knowledge of residential HVAC systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physically able to lift 75+ lbs and work in various weather and job site conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Nate Certification
- Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
- Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with Service Titan
