Job Summary
Perform complex maintenance, servicing, repair, and troubleshooting of elevators and related machinery. Investigate electric, mechanical, and hydraulic problems and conduct preventive maintenance and inspections. Must be able to work safely in challenging environments and on an on-call basis for emergencies. Requires a high school diploma, certification as an elevator technician or mechanic, and strong skills in using hand tools and electrical equipment. Physical demands include heavy lifting and working from heights.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certified Elevator Technician degree or Elevator Mechanic License
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Experience using electrical reading and testing equipment

- Knowledge of elevator safety standards and regulations
- Ability to work in a team and independently
