Job Summary
Install propane tanks and related equipment per NFPA 58/54 and state/local regulations; complete state licensing and ongoing training; conduct DVIR and maintain truck; complete service orders, documentation, and parts billing; provide seasonal delivery support; participate in on-call rotation; shadow a senior technician to learn safety standards and installation methods; onboarding for CDL endorsements and propane safety; begin supervised installations and equipment servicing; learn service order and documentation systems for independent work; emphasize safety, customer service, and compliance with EDP processes.
Required Qualifications
- Class A OR B CDL
- Tanker and Hazmat endorsements (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- TSA Clearance Approved Hazardous Materials
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and participate in after-hours on‐call rotation
