Job Summary
Join the Greenway Equipment team as a Service Technician responsible for independently diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and performing maintenance on customer and dealer-owned agricultural and outdoor power equipment, with in-field repair capability, documentation of diagnostics and repairs, ongoing product knowledge, safety compliance, and mentoring of apprentices and junior technicians.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in John Deere equipment
- Experience with tools and following Technical Manual procedures
- Ability to diagnose technical issues
- Experience with basic computer functions such as Service Advisor or equivalent diagnostic tools
- Positive attitude and desire to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends
