Job Summary
Service Technician needed to diagnose, service, and maintain John Deere agricultural and outdoor power equipment. Independently perform basic to complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, including field service as required. Responsibilities include documenting diagnostics and repairs on repair orders, maintaining current product knowledge, and mentoring apprentices/junior technicians. Must follow safety rules, participate in training programs, and uphold customer experience standards. Requires High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience; ability to work extended hours and weekends. Location: Russellville, AR.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in John Deere equipment
- Experience with diagnostics and repairs
- Experience with Service Advisor or equivalent computer based diagnostic tools
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends
