Job Summary
Conduct appliance repairs and resolve on-site customer challenges, serving as the final point of contact for service issues. Coordinate training for fellow technicians and communicate technical findings to Regional Service Managers and Technical Services. Maintain van inventory, organize daily job schedules, and manage tools and equipment communications. Support the regional business when the Regional Service Manager is absent and handle escalated consumer service challenges with peers and Customer Care. Requires strong technical understanding of Miele systems, gas appliance repair experience, and a clean driving record. Available on short notice during business hours to support field operations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical understanding of computers in order to navigate all of Miele's systems TSD, ETD, Mobile Client, etc.
- High Level of efficiency and effectiveness in required processes
- Appliance repair experience at the highest level in your field
- Experience in customer service/administrative capacities
- Minimum of 2 years of service experience at Miele or appliance service and repair
- Strong command of and effective communication and escalation resolution
- Ability to make decisions that are in the best interest of the brand and the consumer experience
- Troubleshooting and communication skills with peers
- Clean driving record
