Job Summary
Diagnose and repair diesel and small-engine equipment (agricultural, construction, and consumer) with a focus on quality, safety, and timely service. Responsibilities include complex diagnostics, servicing repairs, and maintenance on customer- or dealer-owned equipment, with customer interaction and use of diagnostic tools. Must own tools, possess basic computer skills, and be flexible to after-hours calls; preferred 2–3 years of experience with John Deere equipment and small engines. Strong communication and organizational skills required.
