Service Technician/ Diesel Mechanic

Job Summary
Diagnose system failures using state-of-the-art equipment and determine required services for diesel engines. Perform repairs and rebuilds on driveline, chassis, suspension, and brake components while applying OEM documented procedures. Identify necessary parts and tools to complete complex overhauls across a variety of diesel engines. This role offers flexible work schedules to support family life and includes a growing mobile service fleet with over 40 trucks. Candidates receive extensive in-house training, a CDL reimbursement program, and multiple advancement opportunities within the Allstate Peterbilt Group.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable and reliable attendance
- Basic computer skills and knowledge
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 75 pounds
- Ability to communicate in a courteous and professional manner
- Pass a drug test
