Job Summary
Diagnose and repair truck systems on class 5 through class 8 vehicles and RVs using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment; ensure repairs follow service instructions and OEM guidelines; communicate with service writers/managers about additional work or delays; maintain accurate work orders, time punches, and warranty procedures; perform test drives to verify repairs and diagnose malfunctions; keep work area clean, help train on OEM requirements, and adhere to safety and confidentiality policies; flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
