Job Summary
Build and maintain customer relationships while performing calibration, maintenance, repairs, and installations on a wide range of audiology equipment. Calibrate field test equipment received at the regional office and schedule customer returns, maintaining accurate records of all contacts and equipment status. Collaborate with office administration to ensure scheduling meets required deadlines and certification standards. Work independently with minimal supervision, limited travel to customer locations, and occasional driving for prolonged periods. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and physical stamina for walking, stooping, and kneeling.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two-year technical or Engineering degree
- at least two years related experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- experience with database management systems
- valid driver's license
- able to maintain a clear driving record
- subject to travel up to 10% of the time
