Job Summary
Service Technician based at the West Warwick, RI office with occasional travel to nearby Culligan branches. Scheduled Tuesday–Saturday, 7am–4pm. Responsibilities include safe operation of a company vehicle under DOT laws, adhering to safety procedures, promptly completing daily service orders, performing diagnostics/installations/removals on residential and commercial water treatment equipment, identifying malfunctions and resolving issues, maintaining strong customer relationships and clearly communicating equipment status, assisting with payments and past-due receivables collection. Requires at least 1 year plumbing experience, valid driver’s license, high school diploma or equivalent, familiarity with the local city area, and ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check. Physical demands include lifting over 100 pounds with assistance and extended driving/kneeling/bending. Competitive benefits and a commission plan are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year or more plumbing experience
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with the city area where duties will be performed
- DOT physical (at time of hire and every two years thereafter)
