Job Summary
Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of residential water treatment systems while diagnosing and resolving basic equipment faults. Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding system operation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining accurate work records. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate installations and repairs, utilizing problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality work. This role supports Culligan Home's mission to provide water treatment solutions across Ireland, offering full training for those with relevant engineering or plumbing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Some experience as an Engineer/Plumber, preferably in the field of water treatment
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
