Service Technician

Maintain a luxurious community environment by performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks; repair and service structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls, and exteriors; prepare vacant apartments for move-ins to Ready status; diagnose and service HVAC systems; apply general repair knowledge across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, and appliance systems; schedule and complete preventative service programs; provide 24-hour emergency on-call service; perform grounds maintenance and upkeep of common areas; ensure safety and compliance with Fair Housing laws; store and manage tools; coordinate special projects; work long hours outdoors, including weekends, as needed; participate in team collaboration and training to deliver excellent customer service and safe, well-kept properties.
