Job Summary
Service Technician maintains a luxurious appearance of the community and a safe environment for residents, performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting to service and prepare vacant apartments for move-ins, with knowledge of HVAC systems and on-call 24-hour emergency coverage. Responsibilities include repairing/maintaining building systems, completing preventative service programs, coordinating special projects, upkeeping common areas and grounds, ensuring units meet standards for readiness, and adhering to Fair Housing Laws. Requires excellent customer service, ability to work in a team, strong safety practices, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Work schedule may include weekends and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA Section 608 HVAC Type I
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
