Job Summary
Service Technician responsible for maintaining a luxurious community environment and delivering excellent resident service. responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks; repairing and preparing units for move-ins; maintaining HVAC systems; preventative service scheduling; 24-hour on-call emergency coverage; grounds and common-area upkeep; and adherence to Fair Housing laws. Must possess strong customer service, teamwork, safety mindset, valid driver’s license, ability to work outdoors for long hours, and flexible hours including weekends; HVAC/EPA certifications and related training preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA Section 608 HVAC Type I
- Preferred: Auto Insurance
- EPA/CFC and CPO certifications
- North American Technician Excellence (NATE)
- Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration certification (HVAC)
