Job Summary
Service Technician provides resident-focused maintenance and repair across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks. Responsibilities include preparing units for move-ins, servicing vacant apartments to ready status, maintaining HVAC systems, performing preventative maintenance, and handling 24-hour emergency on-call rotations. Strong customer service, teamwork, safety, and ability to work outdoors with variable hours (including weekends) are essential; must have a Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation. Requires adherence to Fair Housing laws and company policies; on-site role based in Oakland Park, FL with potential for long hours and on-call coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA Section 608 HVAC Type I
