Job Summary
Service Technician responsible for maintaining Cooper-Booth Wholesale Company's equipment in the field and warehouse, repairing and troubleshooting items such as coffee brewers, cappuccino machines, and slush machines; build rapport with customers and provide on-brand service; safely drive company vehicles to multiple customer locations across PA, MD, DE, VA, WV, and NJ; complete service-call paperwork neatly; present and sell CBW programs during service calls; manage all saleable and unsaleable merchandise in the service van.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's license with clear driving record
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service
- Safe, courteous, cautious and defensive driver
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work overtime and a flexible schedule including on-call duty alternating weekends
- Ability to bend, twist, reach overhead, work in tight spaces, lifting/pulling/carrying up to 80lbs
- Mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude
- Independent and motivated self-starter
