Job Summary
Complete service requests and make-readies for 301 apartment homes with high-quality craftsmanship, anticipating resident issues before they occur. Manage daily time and communicate throughout the shift while going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Share knowledge with coworkers and assist with challenges during the on-call emergency rotation. Work 7a-7p as needed during high-turn seasons like August, with no vacation time permitted then. Requires recent hands-on apartment maintenance experience, EPA certification, and proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair, and electrical work.
