Job Summary
Walk the grounds to ensure curb appeal, perform pressure washing, painting, and trash removal, and diagnose repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry needs. Manage work orders via mobile apps while maintaining property safety and addressing unit touch-ups or snow removal as required. Report to the Service Supervisor and maintain resident service standards with a hands-on approach. Flexible schedule includes overtime, on-call shifts, and weekends. Background check required.
Required Qualifications
- Brings hands-on experience in maintenance, manual labor, or a related trade
- Flexible and reliable with a willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, and non-traditional schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role—bending, lifting up to 100 lbs independently (up to 250 lbs with assistance)
- Comfortable using technology like computers, tablets, and phones
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to keep the community looking great and residents happy
- A team player with a 'no task is too small' mindset
- Courteous, professional approach in every interaction
- Pass a post-offer criminal background check
