Job Summary
Diagnose and repair maintenance needs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and flooring while maintaining property appearance through grounds upkeep, pressure washing, painting, and snow removal. Manage work orders using software and mobile apps daily to track tasks and ensure community operations run smoothly. Provide above-and-beyond customer service with a courteous, professional approach to resident service needs. Report to the Service Supervisor and be prepared for overtime, on-call shifts, and non-traditional schedules including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Brings hands-on experience in maintenance, manual labor, or a related trade
- Flexible and reliable with a willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, and non-traditional schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role—bending, lifting up to 100 lbs independently (up to 250 lbs with assistance)
- Comfortable using technology like computers, tablets, and phones
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to keep the community looking great and residents happy
- A team player with a 'no task is too small' mindset
- Courteous, professional approach in every interaction
- Pass a post-offer criminal background check
