Job Summary
Service Technician at Continental Properties responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and a wide range of maintenance needs to keep a residential community running smoothly. Deliver exceptional resident experiences through proactive maintenance, grounds upkeep, and timely service orders using software/mobile apps to manage work orders. Role includes hands-on work, on-site duties, and flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays; requires physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs (up to 250 lbs with assistance) and proficiency with technology for daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on maintenance experience
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs independently (up to 250 lbs with assistance)
- Willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, and non-traditional schedules including weekends and holidays
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring or related trades
