Job Summary
Service Technician at a residential apartment community responsible for maintenance and resident experience. Performs hands-on maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and flooring; conducts daily grounds upkeep, pressure washing, painting, trash removal, and occasional unit touch-ups or snow removal. Manages work orders using software/mobile apps, maintains safety and appearance of the property, and supports community operations. Requires flexibility for overtime, on-call shifts, and non-traditional schedules including weekends/holidays; physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs (250 lbs with assistance) and comfortable with technology.
