Job Summary
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems using mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diagnostic skills to repair and maintain construction, industrial, agricultural, aerial, landscape, and fleet machinery. Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, equipment setup, and pre-delivery preparation while utilizing schematics, service manuals, and diagnostic software to resolve issues. Complete accurate repair documentation and warranty claims, then communicate equipment status and completed work with the service team to ensure rental and customer assets remain safe and reliable. Work full-time, approximately 40-50 hours per week, with one Saturday per month. Access OEM online and factory training alongside mentorship to expand diagnostic and technical capabilities.
