Job Summary
Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical, electrical, and vehicle issues, then perform routine maintenance and repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other systems as outlined on repair orders. Collaborate with service advisors, leads, and the parts department to prioritize schedules, conduct thorough quality inspections, and address discrepancies promptly. Document all diagnostic and repair activities accurately, complete repair orders, and attend factory-sponsored training to stay informed on latest automotive technologies. Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record while working in a fast-paced environment under established timeframes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license
- Must have own set of tools
- 4+ years of mechanic or Automotive Service Technician experience
- Master Toyota Certified
- MDT Certified
- ASE Certifications
- Toyota or Lexus Brand
- Experience with Toyota brand repairs
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools
- Knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Monday through Sunday availability
