Job Summary
Perform assigned HVAC/R service tasks safely in commercial and residential settings, service, diagnose, and troubleshoot split systems, packaged rooftop units, and chillers. Utilize electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills to complete required electronic documentation daily on a handheld device while operating the company vehicle to service calls within a specified territory. Work independently to finish assigned tasks within an allotted time frame. Requires 2-3 years commercial HVAC-R experience, EPA and OSHA certifications, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Rotating on-call availability is mandatory. Temp Right Service is the premier provider of heating, air conditioning, and geothermal services in Western Montana.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years commercial HVAC-R Service experience
- EPA and OSHA Certifications
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in data analysis, using data to drive decision-making
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven and adaptable to change
- Passionate about continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and innovations
- Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass full background screening and drug screening
- Ability to pass MVR check
- Ability to travel, as needed, for projects or training
