Job Summary
Conduct routine maintenance on refrigeration systems, diagnose issues, replace parts, and perform system upgrades per assigned work tickets. Respond to emergency calls at all hours, often requiring long shifts, while troubleshooting equipment, valves, wiring, and control systems. Maintain accurate records of service activities, manage truck inventory and job toolboxes, and ensure all work adheres to industry regulations and safety standards. Provide technical support and client training on Clauger system operation. Requires a valid driver's license, EPA section 608 card, and ability to travel 25%.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
- Pass physical examination and Respirator Fit Testing
- Available to travel 25%
- Availability to be on call nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work unsupervised or with limited instruction
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and handle tools and machinery safely
- Physically able to climb ladders, work at high elevations and lift objects up to 75 pounds
- Basic computer skills (electronic documentation)
- EPA section 608 card

- Advanced problem-solving skills to troubleshoot all facets of a refrigeration system, including equipment, valves, wiring and control systems
- Specific knowledge of Clauger equipment
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in Clauger technology and industry best practices to continually improve service quality and efficiency

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
