Job Summary
Perform work specified on repair orders using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Test components and systems, test drive vehicles, and diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems. Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional service needs and complete online multi-point inspection reports. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Requires at least two years of automotive repair experience, a valid driver's license, and computer literacy. Join a family-owned dealership with a history of promoting from within and funding employee education.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as an auto technician
- Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- Fast learner
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Team player
- Computer literate
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver's license
