Service-Technician (Class: N/A)

Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment by reading job orders, observing vehicle operation to determine malfunctions, and planning work procedures. Follow checklists to examine critical parts, inspect protective guards and safety devices, and adjust as needed. Test-drive vehicles to ensure smooth operation, perform cleaning, maintenance, visual inspections, and disassembly or assembly with proper manuals. Tag warranty parts and returns to the warranty clerk, attend training classes, and stay current on factory technical bulletins. Develop positive customer relationships to increase overall satisfaction. Full-time role with ASE certification preferred.
