Service Technician - Class C

Job Summary
Perform repair work per repair order with efficiency and accuracy, diagnose causes of malfunctions, road-test vehicles to verify quality of repair, record time and document procedures/results, maintain an organized inventory of standard tools, ensure vehicles are returned clean, and complete required factory training and ASE certifications. Collaborate with dealership personnel to meet customer needs and contribute to a culture focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 ASE certification (ASE Master Technician preferred)
- Manufacturer certified in all areas listed above
- Three to five years’ automotive technician experience
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Excellent communication
- Able to perform Lube and Maintenance Services, Engine Repair, Suspension/Steering Repair, Brake Repair, Heating and A/C Repair (optional)
- Commitment to safety and factory standards
- Ability to complete repairs per repair order and document procedures
- Participation in ongoing training and certification programs
- Maintain organized workspace and inventory of standard tools
