Job Summary
As a Service Technician, perform basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment, including AMS products; participate in training programs; self-educate using dealer tools; stay current on products; diagnose and support machine systems (Precision Ag); maintain work area and paperwork; meet performance targets (labor rate ~$160, 85% labor, mentor 1 hour/week); strong mechanical/electrical/hydraulic knowledge; ability to lift 75 lbs; prior service experience; high school diploma required; John Deere certification preferred; forklift license preferred; compensation starts at $20/hour up to $48/hour with incentive eligibility. Locations include Clarkson, Fremont, Humphrey, Wahoo, Columbus, Lincoln, Omaha, Grand Island (NE) and Sioux City (IA); full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience performing service repairs.
- Basic Service Technician certification.
- A valid driver’s license.
